75 New Jobs In Beltsville


Limbach Co. will receive $120,000 from Prince George’s County as incentive to move to a bigger location, and add 75 new jobs.

Limbach Facility Services LLC will receive $120,000 in public funds as incentive for relocating and expanding in Prince George’s County.

The Pittsburgh firm, which specializes in mechanical construction and construction services, currently has 150 employees at its 10110 Senate Drive offices andwill move to 40,000 square feet in the new Brick Yard Business Park in Beltsville.

It plans to create 75 new jobs within three years, and it received a $100,000 loan from the Maryland Department of Business and Economic Development to help pay for building out its new Brick Yard space.

Limbach will also see $20,000 from a county incentive fund and is eligible for state job creation tax credits as well.

The Limbach Company LLC, a Pittsburgh-based mechanical construction and service firm, is expanding its regional office and fabrication facility in Maryland and plans to create 75 new jobs over the next three years.

Gov. Martin O’Malley and Prince George’s County Executive Jack Johnson announced Tuesday that the company is moving effective March 1 from Lanham to a 40,000-square-foot space in the Brick Yard Business Park in Beltsville.

The new location will allow the company to add 75 employees to its 150 workers, state officials say.
