Metro And Town Center Development Could Begin Soon In College Park

The University of Maryland, College Park is on board to start development for a light rail line and a town center on the east side of campus. If granted permission by federal transit officials, preliminary engineering for the $1.93 billion Purple Line could begin this fall. Visitors Bureau Embarks On Marketing And Branding Study For Prince George’s

The Prince George’s County Conference and Visitors Bureau is conducting a $241,000 study to learn what  stakeholders think about Prince George’s County.  The study was initially proposed as part of the county budget three years ago. Ritchie Station Slowly But Surely Making Progress

A BJ's Wholesale Club is the first retail outlet to open in the Ritchie Station Marketplace, a 116.5-acre mixed-use retail project located at Capitol Beltway Exit 13 for Capitol Heights and Upper Marlboro.
